All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, mobile app, or by phone. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend without prior communication may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session. This policy helps us maintain availability and respect all clients' time.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking or service delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, mobile wallets, and direct bank transfers. All pricing is listed in INR and includes applicable taxes unless specified. Healing-Stretch reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Clients are expected to disclose relevant medical history, current health conditions, and any pre-existing injuries or limitations prior to beginning therapy. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in ineffective or unsafe treatment. Healing-Stretch will not be held liable for any complications arising from false, incomplete, or undisclosed medical details.
